Originally from our South African Office ,Mighan started her career at Castor 7 years ago as Sales Operations Manager for VSAT Services. Taking the lead in the addition of Mobile Satellite Solutions (L band) to the portfolio, she found her passion and grew to Head of Mobile Solutions. In May 2019 she was appointed to Group Director and is now based at our Head Office in The Netherlands.
Her energetic spirit, hands on approach and positive nature has not only contributed to the success of the portfolio both in Land and Maritime but also to the office ambiance.
When I had completed my studies I was employed as Operations Manager by an Australian Company that was expanding to South Africa. I was responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining procedures across the organization. As the company grew within South Africa it became a franchise, still very successful today. I enjoyed the occasional visit and seeing many familiar, happy faces that still remember me!
What’s not to get excited about? With such a wide portfolio offering our customers literally range from Individual emergency-use-only users to “Superyacht of the year” winner and multiple fleets, all this with Pole to Pole coverage!
I'm passionate about helping every customer, whether an individual user or a Key Account I strive to give them the best solution for their needs aligned with excellent customer service. Although their individual requirements may differ, the end goal is always the same... Keeping them connected!
Our team members all know what they do and how to do it, but in a leadership role you can make a big difference by sharing a strong sense of why they’re doing it and where it’s heading.
Making sure everyone understands the vision, their part in it and are aware of their purpose and their value.
