Wagenborg Shipping signs multi-year contract with Castor Marine

Castor Marine, the Netherlands based Maritime communications and IT services provider, announces today that it has been awarded a multi-year contract with Wagenborg Shipping. The contract covers the delivery of 40+ VSAT systems with global Ku-band VSAT connectivity and Fleetbroadband airtime, and is based on SAILOR 800 antennas. Castor Marine will install and commission the systems as well as provide service and support to the vessels and vessel IT infrastructure.
With this service setup, Wagenborg Shipping will be able to enhance crew welfare and ship to shore connectivity using Castor’s global ku-band footprint.
