As part of our expansion, we are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager Offshore (UK) to grow our market presence in the offshore oil and gas and renewable energy sectors.

Your Role

As the Sales Manager Offshore (UK), you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships within the offshore maritime industry, focusing on the oil and gas and renewable energy sectors. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored connectivity and IT solutions to support their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the offshore maritime industry within the UK.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including offshore vessel operators, oil and gas companies, and renewable energy firms.
  • Promote and sell Castor Marine’s connectivity solutions, including:
    • Satellite communication (VSAT, Starlink, OneWeb, 5G).
    • IT services, including network setup, cybersecurity, and managed IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Represent Castor Marine at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work towards and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Your Profile

  • Proven sales experience in the maritime, offshore, or energy sectors.
  • A strong understanding of the offshore oil and gas and renewable energy industries.
  • Knowledge of satellite communication and IT services is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a focus on results.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and occasionally internationally.
  • Fluency in English is required.
Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the maritime or energy sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the UK offshore market is a strong advantage.
