With offices in Utrecht and Groningen, Castor Marine is expanding rapidly in the maritime sector. To support this growth, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sales Support professional.
Your Role as Sales Support
As part of our Sales Support team, you’ll collaborate closely with Management, Finance, Customer Support, and Account Managers. Your primary responsibility will be managing the entire process from a signed customer agreement to service implementation and invoicing. You’ll handle service activations, up/downgrades, suspensions, deactivations, and more, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.
- Process customer agreements, service orders and PO’s.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful service implementation, including activating services through various portals.
- Set up customers in the billing system and liaise with finance for accurate invoicing.
- Prepare agreements and service orders in CRM for finalization.
- Handle service activations, adjustments, suspensions, and deactivations.
- Perform online sanction checks.
- Support Account Managers with pre- and post-sales activities.
- Manage and file customer and supplier contracts in our virtual data room.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Assist with billing inquiries and follow up on outstanding invoices.

- Strong communication skills with a professional and ethical approach.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative team player.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales Support or similar role.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (we use Microsoft Dynamics).
- Solid knowledge of Excel.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills.
