Sales and Administrative Support
Location: Headquarters in De Meern, The Netherlands
This position is open to an experienced customer-oriented Sales Support professional in the IT/ Telecoms industry.
Prepare quotations and contracts for new customers and contract renewals
Register all orders and contracts in CRM
Process administrative activities and coordinate service activations with necessary departments
Provide support to account managers in pre and after-sales activities
Answering and directing calls
Work effectively with other Castor departments
Accounts Receivable collection
Assist Management Team
Maintain internal data sheets
- Fluency in English, spoken and written, Dutch is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with prospects, customers, and colleagues
- Creative and resourceful problem-solving abilities
- Advanced level in Word and Excel
- High attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics) is a plus
